FIRE RESISTANCE TESTING FURNACES are designed for laboratories where different types of materials and their fire resistance are tested, examined and studied. In addition to testing the quality of the materials, new products are developed.
The ovens are designed according to current regulations:
- UNI EN 1363-1:2020 The standard specifies the general principles for determining the fire resistance of various building elements subjected to standardised fire exposure conditions;
- UNI ENV 1363-3:2000 This experimental standard describes the procedure for verifying the thermal and pressure characteristics of furnaces for fire resistance tests of partition elements.
The following curves can be performed inside the oven:
- ISO 834;
- Hydrocarbon curve;
- RWS curve;
- User-settable curves.
Both vertical and horizontal tests can be carried out, and the plants are also equipped with an internal catalyst to purify the output fumes after the tests on polluting materials.
